I know how important sleep is to the body. I want my sleep to be more regular. I’m aware of the health benefits of sleep. So why can’t I sleep tonight? I’ve been up for so long! I had a busy active day where I was sweating A LOT and driving around A LOT. Why wasn’t I able to fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow? What’s worse is I have to be up in 3 hours to work an early shift at the store and I’m gonna feel so tired no matter what at this point.
So I listened to some music, did some reading, watching a video on my second monitor as I’m typing on my blog that no one will ever read. I wish I could sleep. Why can’t I fall asleep? What do I do in order to sleep?
